Stav Atir is an Assistant Professor studying behavioral science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She studies topics at the intersection of gender and communication in professional and organizational contexts. These include gender effects on the way people talk to famous professionals and about them, and the way scholars cite and acknowledge relevant scholarship. She also studies how policy makers communicate their views on gender-related issues.
