Sofia Briones Ramírez is a first-year PhD student working with Dr. Ashley Jordan in the Development of Intergroup Social Cognition Lab. Sofia is broadly interested in the development of gender cognition, children’s social reasoning about diverse and fluid gender and racial identities, and the social-cognitive processes through which children form, maintain and revise social categories and the biases attributed to them.
