Carla Z. Glave is a Ph.D. student in Educational Policy Studies in the Comparative and International Education concentration at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She holds a B.A. in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a M.S.Ed in Education Policy from the University of Pennsylvania. She has previously worked implementing, monitoring, and evaluating technology-based math interventions in Peru and Bangladesh.

Her research interests revolve around the use of technology in the classroom and its potential effects on existing gender, race, and class disparities, with a specific focus on mathematics learning.

Research areas: Ed-Tech, Gender Math Stereotype, Comparative International Education, Quantitative Methods.
