I am a third-year Ph.D. student in Information Science. My research interests center on user experiences, motivations, and behaviors while interacting with information technologies in organizational contexts. My work involves investigating underlying causes that influence user behaviors. Thus, my work explores the unique needs, motivations, and experiences of diverse user groups who engage in information technologies. My research goal is to build design frameworks for user-centered information technologies that can effectively serve diverse user populations.
