My research focuses on understanding and supporting the mental health of autistic adults like me aligns with diversity science by addressing the lack of inclusion and support experienced by people with neurodevelopmental differences from all cultural backgrounds. By examining the unique challenges faced by autistic adults and developing strategies to promote better mental health outcomes, the research I do contributes to creating a society where autistic adults throughout the United States can reach out for mental health support anywhere and can thrive and be included.
