Paula Niedenthal

Biography

Paula Niedenthal received her PhD from the University of Michigan and was on the faculty of the departments of psychology at Johns Hopkins University and Indiana University. Paula was a member of the National Centre for Scientific Research in France for more than a decade and is now the Howard Leventhal Professor of Psychology at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. She is past president of the Society for Affective Science (SAS) and is lead author of Psychology of Emotion (2nd edition). Research Areas:  Emotion, facial expression, culture
