Minah Park is a Ph.D. candidate in the Management and Human Resources Department at the Wisconsin School of Business. She holds a master’s degree in chemical engineering and finished her doctoral study in operations management at Yonsei University. Minah focuses on studying drivers of leaky pipelines in entrepreneurship, where a leaky pipeline is defined as the loss of female talent at different stages of the entrepreneurial process. Minah focuses on the females who have entrepreneurial potential or intention to pursue entrepreneurship and their experiences in the entrepreneurial pipeline. Building on the preceding literature, Minah engages in theoretical and empirical investigations into understanding the underlying factors contributing to gender gap in entrepreneurship from a micro-perspective and exploring potential interventions to mitigate it.
