Xin Xie is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Her research focuses on mixed-method education program evaluation, education equity, teacher labor markets, and organizational disparities. She holds a dual Master’s degree in Language and Literacy Education (LLE) and Statistics, Measurement, Assessment, and Research Technology (SMART) from the University of Pennsylvania.
