Stephanie Chen

Biography

Stephanie is a PhD student in the Management and Human Resources (MHR) department at the Wisconsin School of Business, with a concentration on Organizational Behavior. She holds a BBA in Management & Human Resources and a certificate in Gender & Women’s Studies from UW-Madison. Stephanie’s research interests center on examining and addressing disparities in organizations, with a particular focus on gender and race. She has worked on studies regarding diversity within organizations, as well as knowledge and learning.
